Wij streven naar een diverse, veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Ons vaste team is divers qua geslacht, achtergrond en leeftijd; dit geldt ook voor onze kandidaten die wij aan onze klanten voorstellen. Dit doen wij door de beste mensen te kiezen. Planet
Ons kantoor is gelegen in Hilversum en de meeste collega’s komen ook uit Hilversum, waardoor ons autogebruik zeer beperkt is. Deze voorkeur voor lokaal personeel is een bewuste keuze. Door thuiswerken blijven reiskilometers voor collega’s buiten Hilversum beperkt.
Furthermore, we work virtually paperless, separate our waste as much as possible and are energy efficient. We also work with local entrepreneurs as much as possible.
Profit
We are a for-profit commercial organization, but with a long-term vision. Specifically, this means that we reinvest a large part of the profits in the organization, have a good profit-sharing scheme for the employees and support social causes, which we consider important, with a part of the profits.
