Wat kost Executive Search bij ARC People?
ARC People hanteert een fee van 24% van het met de kandidaat overeengekomen totale bruto vaste beloningspakket van de functie, exclusief btw. We werken met een startupfee van € 7.500,- exclusief btw. Deze wordt in mindering gebracht op de eindfee. De eindfee wordt na ondertekening van de arbeidsovereenkomst door de kandidaat gefactureerd.
Voor iedere opdracht ontvangt u vóór de start een helder voorstel met de searchaanpak, de fee, de betalingsmomenten, de inbegrepen werkzaamheden en eventuele garantie- of herstartvoorwaarden.
