In 2013 Marc van Heese and Sander van Oosten combined their entrepreneurship and substantive knowledge of audit, risk and compliance to form ARC People. An ambitious company without the traditional hierarchy of a BIG4 firm and with clear and distinctive values.
Professionals
Since its inception, we have been growing rapidly and stably - at least 30% per year - and are now a medium-sized firm dedicated to audit, risk and compliance. The (average) forty professionals representing ARC People are therefore dedicated in these fields and have more than earned their spurs. We also use all this expertise to train our own trainees so that new talent is constantly coming onto the market.
Our goal?
Being the market leader in terms of expertise and capacity in the fields of audit, risk and compliance. After all, we don't do it 'on the side' - we are specialists in these three areas, for some 200 renowned clients who surprise us time and again with challenging and relevant assignments.
