Reinforce your knowledge with our Process Mining session
During this knowledge session, our colleague Roy van Buuren will first provide insight into exactly what Process Mining entails. The difference with traditional data analysis will also be discussed. Then he will explain how this technique can be used effectively as part of the internal audit process. In short, both theory and practical examples will be adequately covered.
By whom?
About Roy van Buuren (RE CISA): as Senior Manager IT Audit & Risk, he is active in interim and co-sourcing assignments with clients of ARC People. Roy focuses primarily on performing data analysis and applying Process Mining to examine client processes. By doing so, inefficiencies are detected and valuable insights are gained. At his previous employer (a BIG4 firm), Roy was also team lead Process Mining.
For whom.
For Managers of an Internal Audit Function who are open to renewing their audit process, by employing the interesting methodology of Process Mining and thus gaining different insights from the audits.
What else you need to know
The knowledge session is from 16:00 to 19:00 and will take place at ARC People's office in Hilversum. Parking will be available on our own premises, in case you come by car. If desired, something can be eaten at the end of the session. There is no charge for participation.
