Our approach
We take the recruitment and training process completely out of your hands, resulting in the selection of top talent. We do this by:
- Nearly 20 years of experience in traineeships within audit, risk and compliance.
- Rigorous selection: Academically trained with specific competencies, followed by a rigorous assessment.
- Comprehensive Training: Two weeks of intensive basic training, followed by in-house coaching, ongoing external coaching and return days.
