What is the ARC Talent Program?

The ARC Talent Program is a specialized traineeship in which highly skilled entry-level professionals are trained to become full-fledged audit, risk or compliance professionals. The program starts with an intensive two-week basic training in internal audit, IT audit, risk management or compliance. During the traineeship there will be in-depth return days, practice-oriented assignments and guidance from an experienced professional coach. All this in combination with direct deployment on assignments at leading organizations.

This is how we select your new trainee

Almost without exception, ARC People's trainees are academically educated, relatively young and sometimes have several years of work experience. Our selection criteria are firm. We emphasize specific competencies such as analytical skills, presentation techniques and conducting a good interview. We developed an in-house assessment for testing trainees.

The training path of your new trainee

Once a candidate is selected, he or she first attends a two-week basic training course in internal/IT auditing, risk management or compliance. In the months that follow, the knowledge from the basic training is supplemented with substantive refresher days.

There is also intensive supervision and personal coaching of trainees during the traineeship.
