Kickstart your career in 6-18 months
During your traineeship at ARC People, you will be introduced to the relatively new field of audit, risk and compliance.
You'll work at a high level at one of our clients, where you'll research, analyze and help management keep a grip on their key risks. And after a temporary period (from 6-18 months) you'll join them, if you like it.
Throughout the traineeship you will receive guidance from ARC People, your own coach and you can spar with our other trainees. This way you don't go straight into working life full on and still kickstart your career!
First you do an assessment and we have a good conversation together. If that's all right, you can start your traineeship. It starts with a two-week boot camp with us in Hilversum, after which you will start working for one of our clients.
