Quality Assurance

Certainty about your projects, transformations and system migrations

Your organization, like other organizations, undoubtedly has a large number of projects and system migrations. Those projects and migrations usually involve major interests. Therefore, to ensure the success of these projects, more and more resources such as project audit, quality assurance (qa) and project evaluation are being used.

A project audit provides additional assurance about the likelihood of success of the entire project, or parts of it. This can include a look at the quality of the project management, the design or the deliverables of the project. This assurance is intended for the management and/or steering committee, but also for the project manager himself. In order to make timely adjustments in the project, a proactive approach to the audit is indispensable.

The same is true for the role of quality assurance, which is usually performed within the project. Quality assurance can be applied to projects but also to system migrations and other transformations: for example, migrating to a new ERP system and/or to the cloud.
