Our finders fairy
Put us in touch with the winning candidate for an open position and we'll reward that with a nice finder's fee. In doing so, you can choose from:
- An Apple iPad Air with Wi-Fi and 64 GB memory (color of your choice);
- A dinner voucher in the amount of €500, from a restaurant of your choice;
- A hotel check in the amount of €500 from a hotel of your choice;
- A payment of the amount of €500, when a VAT invoice is submitted for that purpose.
The rules of the game
To qualify for the finder's fee, all of the following game rules must be met.
- The candidate proposed from your network has emailed his/her resume to ARC People, mentioning your name as Finder;
- Your proposed candidate will be successfully placed by ARC People with (read: hired by) a client within 6 months;
- Your proposed candidate has not previously interviewed with ARC People for a position or introduction;
- The finder's fee applies only to permanent vacancies and not to interim assignments.
