"We were looking for a good Risk Manager at VGA. These were available mostly on an interim basis and unfortunately less for a permanent position. We also wanted to give a young professional the opportunity and thus increase the diversity within VGA. When the concept of the traineeship was introduced to us, ARC People gave us clear insight into the points on which the candidates are selected.
