It is the best choice when you want to place execution and responsibility for results with one party, when staffing is small or continuity is under pressure, or when independence and pace are priorities.

If in-house direction is important, if you want to transfer knowledge and move with peaks and troughs, co-sourcing is often the appropriate alternative. We rotate in your team, secure knowledge and scale with the demand.

In addition, we can spar with management, internal audit or the external auditor. Not only about content, but also about impact. This creates support and acceleration without concessions to technical acuity.

Flexibility without concessions

Wat kost outsourcing van een audit-, risk- of compliancefunctie?

De kosten van outsourcing hangen af van de omvang van de functie (benodigd aantal fte), de werkzaamheden die ARC People overneemt (ook de eindverantwoordelijke functie), frequentie van rapportages en overleggen, gewenste beschikbaarheid en de complexiteit van de omgeving (onder toezicht, mate van IT).

ARC People werkt overwegend met senior professionals, maar waar mogelijk en efficiënt wordt ook gewerkt met junior/medior professionals. Bij specialistische structurele ondersteuning kunt u denken aan een tariefrange van € 100,- per uur (voor junior) tot € 200,- per uur (voor senior), exclusief btw.

ARC People hanteert een all-in uurtarief; de tarieven zijn dus inclusief eventuele reiskosten. De uren worden door u per maand goedgekeurd op basis van een maandstaat. Na goedkeuring ontvangt u een gespecificeerde factuur. Wij hanteren een betalingstermijn van 30 dagen.

Vooraf bepalen we welke werkzaamheden binnen de dienstverlening vallen. Denk aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van een jaarplan, periodieke monitoring of audits, rapportages aan bestuur of toezichthouders, overleg met stakeholders en inzet van specialistische expertise. Op basis daarvan kan een vaste periodieke prijs, een budgetplafond of een combinatie van een basisfee en aanvullende projecttarieven worden afgesproken.
