Traineeship

You have recently completed - or are close to completing - your WO degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. You're keen to explore (IT) audit, (IT) risk management, and compliance.

Looking for an internal audit, risk management and/or compliance traineeship?

Not surprisingly, as you have likely encountered these fields more frequently, given their growing significance. Allow us to illuminate the opportunities presented by an audit, risk management or compliance traineeship at ARC People and the rapid knowledge acquisition it offers.

Within the ARC Talent Program, you'll have an intensive two-week training followed by a six- to twelve-month assignment at one of our clients. Throughout the assignment, there will be scheduled return days, professional coaching, and personalized guidance in both personal and professional skills. This experience equips you with knowledge and experience that will benefit your future career.

Trainees about the ARC Talent Program

"I have found the Traineeship at ARC People to be a place where curiosity is nurtured and insight is forged."

Brandon den Dekker

"A very valuable course where you are mentored by people with heart for what you do. ARC People's strength comes from their balance of care, commitment and professionalism in training young talent in the world of audit, risk and compliance. Not your average staffing agency or recruiter."

Tommy Buit

"Because a monthly return day is organized by ARC People and I am well guided by the audit manager, I am given enough space to be able to develop myself well both professionally and personally."

Raviena Kapitao

"The 1.5 year Talentship was a very smooth transition to working life, partly due to the fine personal and people-oriented approach of ARC People. In particular, the close personal guidance and genuine involvement, help to develop yourself in all kinds of areas as much as possible during the Talentship. Besides the content and attention to personal development, there was also a lot of attention to sociability and relaxation on, for example, the return days."
