The ARC Traineeship | For analytical & communicative talents

Want to know how our trainees experience the ARC Traineeship?

That's not crazy. Of course, the stories of other trainees appeal the most. Therefore, below you can watch a film clip of Erik telling why he chose the ARC Traineeship. And he also lets you know why he did not regret his choice to enter a 6-18 month apprenticeship.

Further down this page you can read some statements from trainees who went through the same traineeship. If so, please let us know. We would also love to hear if we can do things better.

Open traineeships

New traineeships start regularly, so let us know if you are interested. By filling out a few fields you show your interest and we will contact you as soon as possible!

Trainees about the ARC Traineeship

"I have found the Traineeship at ARC People to be a place where curiosity is nurtured and insight is forged."

Brandon den Dekker

"A very valuable course where you are mentored by people with heart for what you do. ARC People's strength comes from their balance of care, commitment and professionalism in training young talent in the world of audit, risk and compliance. Not your average staffing agency or recruiter."

Tommy Buit

"Because a monthly return day is organized by ARC People and I am well supervised by the audit manager, I get enough space to be able to develop myself well both professionally and personally."

Raviena Kapitao

"The ARC Traineeship was a very smooth transition to working life, partly due to ARC People's fine personal and people-oriented approach. In particular, the close personal guidance and genuine commitment, help to develop yourself in all kinds of areas as much as possible during the Talentship. Besides the content and attention to personal development, there was also a lot of attention to sociability and relaxation on, for example, the return days."
