I studied Classical Archaeology at Leiden University. I was given the opportunity to study and so I wanted to use that opportunity to delve into a subject that I have always found interesting and enjoyable. For my studies, I spent a lot of time in Italy and Greece.
I have been working at ARC People since 2019. I started as a specialist in CDD (Customer Due Diligence) and have since been able to develop into a Compliance Officer. In addition, I also do assignments in the area of Risk and occasionally assist in performing Audits. I have gained experience at many different organizations; from banks and insurance companies to energy suppliers and mobility companies.
I am analytically strong and can quickly see through where bottlenecks are and what needs to be done to start a project, execute it and bring it to a successful conclusion. I also have no problem doing all kinds of support work. I have experience in writing policy documents, procedures and work instructions. In the area of risk management, I have been involved in shaping it at various organizations using Zenya Risk. I am curious and enjoy delving into new topics. In addition to the assignments I do for ARC People at various clients, I am involved in implementing projects in the area of CDD.
I am autonomous and like to be given my own responsibility; I perform best in that situation. I also like having the space to discuss/spar with team members about the work I am working on.
In my free time I am outside a lot; I am a fan of Terschelling and am busy walking the Pieterpad. I also read a lot, like to listen to music and enjoy watching movies. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, chatting, laughing and eating and drinking together.
