I joined ARC People as Senior Manager Audit & Risk in February 2025 and together with my colleagues I provide services in the areas of audit, risk and compliance. I myself am specialized in the field of Internal Audit and Risk Management. In recent years I have gained a lot of experience in these fields. As a consultant but also internally within organizations. Besides a broad experience at financial institutions I have also had the opportunity to work in other sectors such as oil, gas and energy, retail, and crypto.
I am trained as an auditor. My great passion is to make an impact by helping organizations improve. I get great satisfaction from executing challenging complex Audit and Risk assignments with clients where I can make a valuable and lasting contribution with a tailored approach. This can be on an interim basis or in a more structural co-sourced relationship. I have experience in managing teams and giving workshops. As an experienced professional and consultant, I quickly feel comfortable within new environments and am able to quickly build relationships at all levels of the organization.
In my free time, I like to be active. Once a week I can be found on the field hockey field. I also like to walk our dog. Together with my family I like to go on vacation to enjoy other cultures.
