Pepijn van den Ende

I chose the traineeship at ARC People to make a smooth transition from studying to working. With this program I want to boost my career through the extra guidance and attention to personal development while working at Achmea. Through the Achmea Talentship, I am carrying out three different assignments, so that I can learn a lot quickly and discover which part within Audit, Risk and Compliance appeals to me the most.

I earned a bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics and a master's degree in International Management from Utrecht University. During my studies I developed a broad base in (business) economics knowledge and a passion for research and analytical work, which fits well with this field.

In my free time I am active: I have been playing baseball for over 15 years, am regularly at the gym and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
