At ARC People, I work as a Senior Executive Search Consultant. In this role, together with the recruitment team, I ensure the perfect match between supply and demand in the labor market, both for permanent and interim positions. To achieve the ideal match, I also take an advisory role towards clients and candidates.
Over the past 20 years, I have gained experience in various industries, including healthcare, government, education, SMEs, engineering, hospitality and finance. This has allowed me to become acquainted with many different companies. Each process brings me into contact with candidates who are each unique.
Outside of work hours, I can often be found on or next to the soccer field. I still enjoy playing soccer myself, but I also coach my children's team. When the weather is nice, I sometimes like to take my bicycle, although it is more like bird-watching.
